You posted everything but the fastest way to gain prestige!
Killing player's troops with minimal to no loss is the fastest/easiest way to gaining prestige.
A forum post should be like a skirt. Long enough to cover the subject material, but short enough to keep things interesting.

it may be the easiest/fastest way, but how many times do u stumble accros someones army left not hunting?

Quite a lot actually. Usually when a server first opens for it's first month or so is when you'll gain most of your prestige at.

Another way is to upgrade main building. The higher the lvl is the more prestige you get.
