Does fortune affect opening chests?

Ok i know fortune affects in battle and hunts.

but does it affect when you open a chest.

has anyone ever tested it?

buy 10x lvl1 chests with 20 fortune open
buy 10x lvl1 chests with 100+10 fortune open

then check the difference in treasures goten...

Yes fortune does matter in chests your are likely to win a more valuable item if your fortune is much higher.

There's not much more we can tell you, but yes fortune does give you better gifts. However the difference between 24 fortune and 34 fortune is not very significant.
