Server 8 lag?

I just sent my army to a high lvl fort. Then it crashed and won't let me do anything but go to help and forum. I reset the app. Deleted and got it again and reset my phone. Also, I tried it over wifi and 3G.

Anyone else having this problem?

Ps. NOT PVP SERVER! lol. We all know that is laggy

Same for me....but i'm not sure which server i am....
