Instant Starve
A couple weeks ago, my alliance experienced something weird, which we believe was an error on the games behalf. I have attached screenshots to help explain and prove our case. We (alliance Iceheart in server 610) have emailed support, however no response or action has happened, so i am posting here to achieve this. Basically our crop went instantly from 5 million straight to nothing, and we starved. Obviously, we would like our troops returned, which should have no starved.
From the screenshots below, we can see that on 2016-03-27 at 00:10:53, the alliance starved, 40153 catapults gone. From my other screenshots we can quickly calculate and add up that 2563000 (2.56 million crop) was donated within the same hour that we starved. I have found that generally with a starve it is around 1/3 of total troops, which is approximately correct for our situation. Therefore knowing that we starved 40153 catapults, being 1/3 of approximately 120k catapults, would give us a crop consumption of 1.2 million. However we donated nearly double that within the same hour period. Please look into this, and return the troops.
