Cant Change pasword

Dear Support
Thank you for your link u have sent me but when i tried to Change the password it said ,,Hadi10(my Main acc) does No exist" then i tried. With my current acc(Hadi000) and it again said ,,Hadi1000 does not exist" so the link doesnt work. Now i ask you If u Could help me with my Problems
