Compensation?

Will support give me back the troops I lost due to the server crash today on s132? Last time it happened, I mailed support but never received a response. This time I want compensation. Anyone know of a way to get attention from support? Thanks.

Re: Compensation?

The most important thing regarding having troops returned is the TIME of the starve reports. You can send the EXACT times via General -> Management -> Contact Support Team -> Clicking here. Tell your support that during the recent down time you were unable to feed your troops causing them to starve and you would appreciate compensation. Include the individual starve reports for each of your cities. You may include the number of troops as well but the time is the most important part.

You can also email a ss of your mailbox featuring the times of starve reports to kingdomsupport@haypi.com.

Re: Compensation?

Thanks, I did send ss with all starve reports which included dates and times to support. Am waiting for a response, but if it is like last time, there won't be a response. Nothing to do now but wait. :)

Re: Compensation?

Server 133 just had something happen where no one can login. Should I assume nothing will be done for us?

Always assume nothing will be done. Then you're rarely disappointed. In the rare instance they actually help you, it's a pleasant surprise :D
