Well, haypi is actually not responsible for that. What you have to do is Contact tapjoy support. Go to "Missing coins?", and make a report there. They will most likely ask you for ss, so take as much ss as possible. Hope this is helpful

Like tradewinds said, different providers may have different opportunities: it might come down to if you have droids over iOS or viceversa for the opportunities to be vaild.
