For someone as yourself who has just become expert by sucking up to another expert, you should not try to act smart. The best experts, are the ones that actually post in the forums and help out in any other way, unlike yourself who has given out false information causing a player troop losses. An expert should also learn proper grammar and spelling before trying to correct someone or warn someone, when they can't even do it themselves. "your self" is one word "yourself" and "possitive" has one "s" "positive".

2: Rico, believe it or not, people actually *gasps* BREAK THE RULES. Players should be able to identify them so they can be reported or farmed off a server should Support choose to ignore the issue for whatever reason.
3: Not every support staffer is useless. Big shout-out to Angela(Support9) for being a huge help and getting stuff done. WITH THAT SAID. Tradewind. Problems with HK aren't a result of hackers/glitchers all the time. That blinking key on the Task tab, that's a genuine HK boo-boo. The Devs need to fix that. If you've been playing here for as long as you claim, you should know this. Your name is orange and on 608, you bear the title of "Expert". You are an influence, for better or for worse, on new and old players alike. I expect that you THINK about what you say, and if you know nothing on the subject, that you not give people incorrect information.

How do you manage to contact Angela? Ive sent emails specifically for her titeled with her name and always get a reply from Yoyo so would like to know how to speak to angela, Yoyo doesnt understand the word Angela on the top of my email..

Yoyo is the worst support I have ever dealt with.
She is hypocritical and plays favourites.
If you lose troops that is Haypi fault you will never get them back.

She also ignores you as much as possible

Angela is Support9 here on the forums. If you email kingdomsupport@haypi.com you'll get your server's support. The forums are a better way of doing things, I find.
