NEEDS DONE ASAP II.

I thought forums are here in order to discuss different topics referring HK & to communicate with other players & if needed support...

I have been playing HK over 18 months now. I think that although Support tries it very hard players often do not receive proper answer to their concerns.
Somehow Support does not care, especially on S93
And b4 someone writes me back that I am bashing I only disclose my personal opinion. If U take the example of the chat here referring removal of Yoyo its again just the same case.
Although lot of people asked for a change, support chose the easiest way to close the conversation by locking down the chat!! WELL DONE AGAIN!!

I agree that bashing is not the way where we can move things forward, but how can U reach changes if not expressing ur opinion on forum as Support did not come back to several emails stated on the previous forum???

I often think that support is just powerplaying & not measuring players on the same standard. I have been through this with Support on S91 and honestly they did not care to answer me properly as well there.

So heads up guys Support will not change unfortunately, but I am playing this game not becuz of Support but some really good peeps who became my e-family for the last 18 months :)

Anyway, Support should examine at least a bit more why people are stating that Yoyo needs to be removed....
This is not an issue raised by a single player but raised by several players who r expereienced & care about HK.
The question is will Support ever care???

100% argee i thought it was poor how support9 reacted and closed Beastmode4 fourm Needs Done Asap. Why Do that? We been sended emails. Why do you think all of us are here. LMFAO i think it funny ichi what i see is they only look at their point of views. If you say something that they dont argee with they banned the fourm or chat ban etc just to keep nobody else from talking. If i get banned hey quess what i dont care im here to make a message or a point. im here with my friends im here to back them up. If they wasnt here i wouldnt be here. Look everybody points of view. Ask yourself 5W's (what who when where and why)

1.what do they want?
2.Who are they talking about?
3. When do they want it?
4.Where do they want it?
5.Why are they here?

Facts:
Support9 closed Beastmode4 you cant post anymore replies
We are here because the email address that you gave us is a waste of time( why send you an email and get no reply)

Last of all we just want you to be fair equal if somebody change their name why cant we all change all names or if somebody use alts and get their prestige cut but the other person does the same thing why dont they get the same action as that other person that got their prestige cut those were explains

im going to think ahead lets see what you guys are you going to do
1. Bash me , correct my grammer, how old are you? Banned the fourms?

Just a thought, but maybe the answer isnt to get rid of your support staff on said server. Maybe it would be more conducive to all if instead more support staff was hired.

Judging from th element of these posts (the other thread as well) I can surmise two things:

1) some people think the support staff doesn't give them equal support as others.

2) some people are dismayed that their inquiries and issues are ignored by the support staff on their server.

Sometimes it's hard to see things from others perspectives. But it's always important to remember that there's two sides to every story. Demonstrating this fact is the countless players whose issues actually have been addressed and have been handled.

It's a shame after 18 months (or however long) you have been left with such a bitter taste in your mouth in regards to support. There are many players who do not agree with your sentiments. Likewise, there are those who do sympathize and can relate.

Instead of ignoring the good and focusing on the bad, why not try and reach an equally beneficial and positive arrangement? Wouldn't it be nice if there was 2, or 3, or 25 support persons around to handle the thousands of emails recieved every day?

It's just a thought, and it may not be the answer, but I like to think more flies get caught with honey than with vinegar. When I want something, anything, I find it's more beneficial to me to ask please rather than make a demand.

If my girlfriend doesn't like my beard scratching her when she kisses me, she doesn't say, "your beard sucks!" she says, " would you mind trimming that a bit, please." if she told me my magnificent and wonderful beard I've been growing for the last two years sucks I'd be quite offended and feel very self conscious about it. Id be more inclined to shave her out of my life than my beard. With tact, however, we both get what we want.

No one wants to lose their job. Even more, it's hard to fire someone, especially when they've been a part of your team for a long time (as yo yo has).

I'm not questioning anyone's sensitive sensibilities here, and I'm not questioning anyone's maturity. I'm not telling anyone they're wrong, I'm simply offering an alternative viewpoint, one that I have cultivated after playing this game for well over 2.5 years. In that time I have had many many dealings with support, both positive and negative, and even more correspondence. What I've learned, I've learned from direct experience with these people and so I fairly know what I'm talking about. Do not dismiss what I have to say, because I am the guy who is not favored by support and yet somehow I am able to get results.

I see your point of view agree but their shouldnt be any favored by support isnt fair why play a game if support is going to favor a person in the wrong and your in the right doesnt make any sence to me. The rules are made for a reason to be broken but the people that break the rules should pay. Like me when i got chat banned for bashing on wc. But the guy was bashing me when i couldnt say anything and sending letters and steal my coined subs and spamming my inbox but he got warn so many times and that it warn for on that while i only got one warning than chat banned. What you do? If that happened to you? That Fair? No that Favored by support that why yoyo should be support on s93 im not saying kick her or him off haypi but in a new server or just replace yoyo with a differet support. It like my abs just because i got abs and your fat why should you like me more. Dont favor me because i got abs just be equal or fair set rules if something happen everybody knows what happens

Perhaps the problem is not the support staff but the way you go about approaching them. I will start by agreeing that in a game with (in my estimate) a million + users the 10 or so support staff is a little bit on the shallow side. They are undoubtedly faced with thousands of messages saying "My game crashed at x time" "Y is feeding prestige" and "Z is buying coins through a website". They ARE outmatched by your mails and while they may not reply to each and every one I am fairly confident they DO take the time to read them.

I also have had issues at times with support making "bonds" with players. You can see conversations between some people with support in palringo or whatever and know they will get help sooner--I've seen it myself and agree that this sort of relationship (unless it is with experts who should be an extension of support) will lead to bias in game. But the fact of the matter is, I know they try. I know they work their hardest to read 1000 messages a day in a language that is not their native language and they do their best to support a product that we have all come to love. When it comes down to it, Haypi is about the community. It is about the people you make and the experiences you have as a group. The game (be it Kingdom, Dragon, or Monster) is only the platform. We have all found enough joy in the game to care for it enough and to want its continued success so we don't see friendships fade and that's why we post on the forums and want change. There is no doubt that Kingdom has received a bit of a "door closed" mentality. They have moved on to other games starting with Fish and Thunderball then onto more high tech games of Dragon and Monster. They no longer view Kingdom as an expanding game and a profitable investment of time. Money is in new games, and this is a business. I suggest you find the people that make haypi enjoyable to you, and enjoy the game through them. It has been this way since I entered the Haypi community 18 months ago and I don't forsee it happening. It isn't that they don't care, it is that their agenda is different than ours. That is their prerogative. It is their business.
