Offensive Ally Names

Why is Spaz25 who plays on S119 allowed to use offensive Alliance names such as "n*******s" and "****haypi" ?
Doesn't anyone monitor, and can't they block him or shut it down?
I find it extremely offensive,

Send any reports of foul language/inappropriate alliance/sub names to support with all details proving your case. Either cords/alliance name/ss to kingdomsupport@haypi.com or send info to your server support via mail ingame.
