legal action against services not provided when payed for

a high number of players pay for coins all around the world to play this game and we are constantly being screwed over by hk by not being able to connect to the server and Bering booted because the server is down. if a number of players got together they could take legal action agains hk for false advertisement and not providing a service payed for and refrusing to compensate or fix the problems

that's my rant and my idea feel free to rip it apart
