Had account hacked on 94 by epicdogga_. He NPC sold equipment , used market to feed thus money to alts. Then boughr equipment with my coins and sold this to alts. Support sent me the logs of the sales and the use of the market to convey gold to his alts. Support94 has been unhelpful and accused my of cannibalizing my own account. Dismissing the 1500 coins i was robbed of.

This is unacceptable, and outragious. Since i payed for these coins should i contact secret service(internet theft), paypal, or my bank. Since Haypi support is unable, or unwilling to help?

In a discussion like this, in a public forum, it is not only required by the TOS, but also classy to not condemn others. Why should I, support, or anyone else be inclined to believe your accusations? If we were inclined, what if your wrong? How must that poor chap you've pointed your finger at feel?

I'm not a lawyer, but if you feel you've been victimized by theft, a public forum devoted to discussion of an iPhone strategy game is likely not the most optimal place to turn for help. Try accessing some kind of government website that deals with issues like these. Poor advice? Sorry, I'm a general, not a lawyer.

In my experience with the game, I have seen this happen countless times, and all of them with the exception of one (were talking 20:1 ratio here) the people who lost their own accounts treasures and such had at some point violated the haypi account sharing rules.

Maybe you're the exception like the one guy I knew, but maybe you're not. No one here but you and support will ever know. And if support has decided that you violated their rules agreement and wont reimburse you, I'm sorry. VERY sorry, but I choose to believe the owners of an entire (very successful) franchise.
