10 STEPS TO A POWERFUL ALLIANCE

2. In order for an alliance to reach it's full potential, each ally must be devoted to the alliance and the pursuance of it's goals. It is the duty of every ally to sustain the alliance. Responsibilities of each member include:
Active presence in AC
World image
Donations
Defense (of mine and allies)

I can't stress enough the importance of alliance chat (ac). Not only for the sake of an alliance, but for the sake of the individual. Appearances in ac an conversation must be encouraged and enforced.

A healthy ac not only builds friendship and kinship, but enables allies to become familiar with talking to one another, and affording an opportunity to familiarize themselves with language barriers and deficiencies.
I shouldn't need to say how important this is at wartime.

Additionally, ac develops loyalty automatically. The more people laugh, cry, sympathize, chat and generally get to know you, the more they trust you.

Also, it must be noted that the way one conducts oneself in public (wc) directly affects the way others perceive ones alliance. 

One of the most powerful things an alliance can do to boost their image is to storm into wc, take it over, and act as if it's their own ac.
