How come sometimes it takes 5 days for a new server to come out but sometimes like 4 servers come out in 2 days

This depends on the number of players coming in. Once a server is full, a new one is created, thus the more people join the sooner a new server will come out.

It used to be like that but since 4 servers came out at same time they weren't full

I believe some servers were released in groups at one point, i suppose it depends on demand for space on the rate of server creation or whether multiple servers are created.

yes servers 16 - 25 were released together and most new servers are released 2/3 at a time

yes a letter should be sent out 2-4 weeksbefore the merge
