what do u need to be a leader??? what should u do if u r one??

To be the alliance leader, you have to create the alliance. To do this you click the "Alliance" button on your main interface and click to start a new alliance. From there members can ask to join your alliance, and you can approve or reject them.

If I were a leader, Which I was, I would try helping my members out as much as possible. Stuff such as helping others on items, techs, etc.

Chick flick is right....the most important thing a leader can do for their alliance is go out of their way each and every day to help the alliance grow stronger.

This means supplying the alliance with treasure, equipment, resources, pres targets, lv9 oases, forts and of course, advice and instruction.

These things will set your alliance apart from the rest, and ensure growth and more importantly, loyalty.

The number one thing a leader can do for their alliance IMO however, is to make sure to recruit active chatters for ac. A strong ac is the foundation of a strong alliance.....it fosters friendship, loyalty, and a familiarity with your team that will come in handy when it comes time to fight a war or handle any other type of alliance affairs.

There are about 3 of these alliances however on a non-merged Server. Those ade quite rare alliances.

But then, good leaders are also just as rare!

a good leader, needs integrity, solidarity and trusted vices. thats all thats needed. a leader is only as good as the alliance that he is leading
